We currently operate at Hillsdale Shopping Center in San Mateo, California and are actively seeking the right partner for our next expansion market. We are selective about where we open because fit matters, for our brands and for your shoppers.

Space requirements.

Here is what we look for when evaluating a new location. If your property checks most of these boxes, we would love to talk.

Our standard storefront format runs 800–1,400 sq ft. We can work with smaller inline spaces or larger formats with the right configuration.

Inline or end-cap preferred

We favor inline units with strong pedestrian visibility. End-cap and corner locations work especially well for our open, gallery-style layout.

Standard retail infrastructure

We need standard electrical, HVAC, and lighting capacity. We handle all interior buildout and fixture installation from there.

Strong foot traffic corridor

Proximity to anchor tenants, food courts, or primary entrance corridors improves discovery and conversion for our brands.

Minimum 12-month lease

We operate on term-based brand rotations and need a stable lease to build the right team and community around the location.
